When owners Jeff Baertsoen and Gerry Martel started Paradigm Custom Homes in 2004, they brought with them years of experience in the home building industry. Both had extensive knowledge in project and production management having spent years ‘on the tools’, building homes from the ground up. Those early years provided them with the knowledge that every quality home must start with a solid foundation. Shortly thereafter, they solidified that foundation when Klaus Schneider became a Partner, who provides all custom design consultation and drafting services from initial concept through to engineered blueprints.
Based in La Salle Manitoba, Paradigm Custom Homes has built homes in the many rural and urban communities surrounding Winnipeg and Southern Manitoba. The Owners take pride in their small-town roots and attribute their ability to provide a personalized, hands-on approach to each custom home built, to their supportive families, expert sub-trades and suppliers along with their respect and knowledge within an ever-changing, and always challenging the industry.
